New Five Guys Rewards members can receive a welcome voucher for Little or Regular Fries. A paid purchase is required: the fries are included only when you buy a qualifying main item.

Register through the official Rewards page, then save your Rewards pass to Apple or Google Wallet or access it through your Five Guys account. Check when your voucher becomes available and its expiry before visiting. Present your Rewards ID when ordering an eligible main and redeem the fries voucher at the till, digital order point or Drive Thru.

The offer is available at participating Five Guys restaurants in England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery and click-and-collect orders do not qualify.

Payment is required. To receive one Little or Regular Fries with this welcome voucher, you must purchase one qualifying main: a burger, hot dog, sandwich or breakfast sandwich where available. Kids Meals do not qualify. The main item must be paid for; this is not a completely free meal. Chargeable extras or upgrades cost extra.

For new Five Guys Rewards members aged 16 or over who live in Great Britain. One account per person. A valid Rewards ID must be presented. Valid at participating restaurants in England, Scotland and Wales, at the till, digital order point or Drive Thru. Excludes delivery and click-and-collect orders.

Under the general Rewards terms, rewards become redeemable from 5am GMT on the following day and must be used within 30 days, unless the specific voucher states otherwise. Check your account for the applicable availability and expiry. No overall sign-up closing date is published.

The voucher can be combined with other Five Guys Rewards vouchers if all conditions are met, but not with third-party discounts such as Blue Light Card. Rewards are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value. Subject to availability and the provider’s current terms.
