Free Innocent 250ml Smoothie Coupon at Tesco or Sainsbury’s

Try one of Innocent’s dessert-inspired creamy smoothies with a digital coupon for a free 250ml bottle. The eligible flavours are Like Strawberry Cupcakes, Blueberry Muffin-ish and A Bit Like Lemon Pie. This listing covers the barcode coupon at participating Tesco and Sainsbury’s stores in England.

Open the claim page and enter your name, mobile number and email address to request your link. Check the participating-store map and product availability before travelling. At the till, unlock the coupon only when you are ready to pay, then scan its moving barcode within 20 minutes. Marketing messages and the follow-up survey invitation have separate consent boxes.

There are 11,574 redemptions across the campaign, with one per person. Your personal coupon expires seven days after it is sent, or sooner if the campaign closes. The provider also describes an Ocado purchase-and-cashback route; that is not the free in-store coupon listed here.

England only. One qualifying 250ml Innocent creamy smoothie per person during the promotion, subject to participating-store stock and the overall redemption allocation. Use the original digital coupon; screenshots and copies are not accepted. No alternative product or cash substitution.

Redeem in person at a participating Tesco or Sainsbury’s. Internet access and a mobile device are needed. Do not activate the barcode until you are ready at the till: it expires 20 minutes after unlocking. The personal link lasts seven days, subject to the earlier campaign closure.

The provider states a closing time of 00:00 BST on 27 November 2026, or earlier when 11,574 redemptions are reached. This is entered as 23:00 GMT on 26 November, preserving the provider’s explicitly stated offset despite the winter date. Follow any earlier expiry shown on your coupon.

Ocado’s separate cashback route requires payment and a receipt claim and is not included in this listing. No application or redemption is made by Freebie Supermarket.
