Free Dobbies Santa Arrival Event – 21–22 November

Dobbies is holding free community events to welcome Santa for Christmas. Participating stores advertise an arrival celebration on Sunday 22 November 2026 at 11am. Lisburn has an earlier event on Saturday 21 November at noon.

Families can watch Santa arrive and enjoy local festive entertainment. Activities and performers differ between stores. Choose your venue on the official event page and check the available session; Dobbies recommends reserving places ahead of time. A free £0 ticket option was available at Ashford when checked.

This listing is for the arrival celebration. Separate Santa’s Grotto, Meet Santa and other booked experiences are not included. Children must stay with a supervising adult. Dress for the weather; on-site parking is free. No separate booking deadline is published, so check your chosen session before travelling.

Participating Dobbies stores only, subject to local event availability. The provider’s live page gives 22 November 2026 at 11am, except Lisburn on 21 November at noon. Confirm the date and time with your selected venue.

Andover, Boston, Bury St Edmunds, Hungerford, Keston, Lelant and Marple are not hosting this event. Children must remain under adult supervision throughout. Advance booking is recommended because places are limited. Activities and any treats vary by store; no particular gift or individual Santa meeting is guaranteed. Paid grotto visits and purchases are separate and not required for the free arrival event. Book before your selected session; no distinct final booking deadline is stated.
