Free Knoops Hot Chocolate via App – 21 October

Knoops is holding a one-day hot chocolate giveaway on Wednesday 21 October 2026. Its official announcement confirms a midday start and asks customers to download and register on the Knoops app.

Choose a small 34% milk chocolate or 54% dark chocolate drink, with whole, oat or soya milk. New and existing app members can take part. No other purchase is required.

Open the app, log in, choose Order Here and select your collection branch. Look for the Free Hot Chocolate option and check that the total is £0 before confirming. Collection availability depends on the store and stock. Order before the local cut-off, which is one hour before closing.

Valid on 21 October 2026 from 12 noon at participating UK Knoops stores, while stocks last. One free eligible small hot chocolate per person through a registered Knoops app account. The qualifying choices are 34% milk chocolate or 54% dark chocolate, with whole, oat or soya milk. Other products and extras are not included.

App registration and in-store collection are required. This is a promotional drink, separate from the normal points-based loyalty rewards. Check the app for your branch and its collection deadline; redemptions end one hour before local closing time. The offer may finish earlier if stock is exhausted. Do not travel without checking availability.
