Free TENA Discreet Pack with a £3 Supermarket Coupon

TENA is offering a digital coupon worth up to £3 towards one eligible pack. At participating Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda and Morrisons stores, the coupon can be scanned at the till, so an eligible pack costing £3 or less is free. Check the exact product and price before redeeming; larger packs may cost more than the coupon covers.

Enter your name, mobile number and email on the campaign page to request a text containing your coupon. Take your phone and the eligible pack to the till, then unlock the coupon only when you are ready to use it. The moving barcode lasts 20 minutes after unlocking.

Use the coupon within 10 days of the text arriving and before the promotion closes. There are 10,000 redemptions across the campaign, so availability can end early. The pictured packs illustrate the range; the offer covers one qualifying pack only.

Boots, Co-op and Superdrug use a separate buy-first cashback route, which is not the free-at-the-till offer described here.

UK only. One redemption per person during the campaign. Limited to 10,000 redemptions, with product availability depending on the participating store. In-store purchases only; online orders and click and collect are excluded.

For the coupon route, use a participating Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda or Morrisons. Select a product expressly included in the provider’s eligible-product list and priced at no more than £3. Any amount above the £3 offer value is payable. Boots, Co-op and Superdrug require purchase followed by a cashback claim and are excluded from this listing’s free-at-the-till route.

A mobile phone, internet access and the requested contact details are required. The provider sends the coupon and a reminder by text. Separate marketing and survey-consent boxes are presented on the form; accepting the campaign terms and privacy policy is required.

Redeem within 10 days of receiving the text, and before the campaign limit or closing time. Once unlocked at the till, the barcode expires after 20 minutes. Screenshots, copies, transfers, resale and cash exchanges are not permitted. Do not combine with another coupon.

The provider states a closing time of 00:00 BST on 28 November 2026. This equals 23:00 GMT on 27 November, although the provider uses the summer-time label after the UK clock change. Follow the expiry displayed on the issued coupon and redeem early to avoid uncertainty.
