WESTlink’s introductory promotion covers your first two rides within its main operating zone. It is available to people who have completed fewer than two WESTlink journeys, and the discount applies automatically without a code.

Set up an account and check the zone map, then choose your pick-up and destination in the app or web app. You can also book by calling 0117 457 8561. The service is shared and on demand, so it does not follow a fixed route or timetable. Pick-up is normally at a nearby meeting point rather than your front door.

Use your eligible rides by 31 October 2026. The promotion covers the eligible account holder only; additional passengers and travel outside the offer are charged separately.
