Ten Free Worcestershire On Demand Bus Journeys for New Users

Try Worcestershire’s bookable on-demand bus service with ten free journeys. The council’s half-term promotion is for new users who download the app between 24 October and 1 November 2026. Both residents and visitors are invited to take part.

The app is available for iPhone and Android. Use the council page to find the official service information and app links, check that your journey falls within an operating zone, then arrange travel through the app. It provides a nearby pick-up point and journey updates.

The council says the free rides can be redeemed at any time, so the 1 November deadline applies to joining the promotion rather than taking all ten journeys. This is for Worcestershire On Demand, not every scheduled bus service in the county.

For new Worcestershire On Demand users downloading the app from 24 October through 1 November 2026. Ten free journeys are offered to residents and visitors. Travel is limited to the service’s operating zones and available bookings; check your start and destination in the official service information. Zones include North West Worcestershire, North East Worcestershire, North Malvern, South Malvern, Wychavon and North Central. The council states rides may be redeemed at any time and gives no separate redemption deadline. Ordinary bus routes are not covered by this promotion. A compatible smartphone and app setup are needed.
